The Zig-Zag Border Suit started as a doodle on the edge of a pattern sheet. Here's how it became the design parents ask us about most.
The sketch
We wanted a kurti that looked festive without embroidery, so the detail had to come from the cut itself: a two-tone body with a scalloped zig-zag border.
Choosing the cotton
The border needs a fabric with some body, so we chose a summer cotton that holds the zig-zag crisply but still breathes.
Six colourways
Each colourway pairs a lighter kurti with a deeper border and a matching plain palazzo, from peach and brown to navy and sky blue.
